Circles of Care Team

A Circles of Care Team is an organized group of six-ten volunteers that work together to offer practical, emotional and spiritual support to individuals and their families. The Circles of Care Support Teams are made up of people like yourself, professionals such as nurses, ministers, secretaries, homemakers and people within a church group. The teams are made up of people that enjoy and receive satisfaction by helping others in need. The Community Alliance offers training to organizations, faith and neighborhood groups that wish to form Circles of Care Support Teams to support those at end of life. The Care Team is for people with a terminal diagnosis or people with a known life-limiting chronic illness. A Circle of Care Team's activity may include assisting with transportation, grocery shopping, household or yard assistance, errands, meals, reading or providing respite for the caregivers.
